Initiatives of Ardh Sainik Welfare Trust (Regd.)
The Ardh Sainik Welfare Trust (Regd.), being committed to look after the welfare of Force personnel and their family members, has decided to provide maximum support to Paramilitary Personnel through various education and rehabilitation programs for their wards.
We have already provided 200+ admissions under our first project, the Ardh Sainik Children Admission Scheme. Further, 13 colleges provided admissions under Ardh Sainik Professional Education Support during the admission session. Thousands of jawans have also been provided Income Tax Return and Refund support.
For rehabilitation, a program was started in association with Amul Cooperative, Gujarat, for retired paramilitary personnel and their family members. Along similar lines, the Ardh Sainik Computer Training Centre Program is an important rehabilitation initiative.
Ardh Sainik Computer Training Centre Program
Computer education has become increasingly important across communities. As computers replaced typewriters, the need for practical computer skills grew significantly for students and working professionals.
Through the Ardh Sainik Computer Training Centre Program, the Trust aims to support soldiers in rehabilitation while promoting computer education in society. The program offers a possible employment and self-employment pathway through computer training centres.
The program envisages providing training material, software, computers and printed materials as required. Where necessary, a one-month training program in Delhi may also be arranged, subject to availability and confirmation.
